Payment Rules

Entries without payment by the closing date will not be judged. Partial payment will not be considered valid. Fees will not be refunded in those circumstances.

Entrants must email the transaction receipt to fotosociety.llps@gmail.com. The transaction receipt is considered proof of payment. If someone else makes the payment on behalf of the entrant, this must be explicitly stated in the email.

If payment status is not updated before judging, the entrant should contact the organiser. Receipts submitted after judging or result publication may result in the participant's results being nullified and fees cannot be claimed. Failure to provide the receipt before judging means the image will not be judged and participation fees will be forfeited.

Understanding permitted and prohibited AI editing.

Permitted AI-Enhanced Editing

AI-enhanced editing is permitted when the editing tools perform transformations, enhancements, or corrections based exclusively on the existing pixel data captured in the author's original photograph without introducing externally sourced content.

Prohibited AI Editing

AI-assisted processes for synthetic image generation that incorporate external image data, visual elements, textures, objects, or scenes not originally present in the author's photograph are prohibited.
